QUESTION: Shall the Board of Education of the Scott County Central School District, Missouri, be authorized to increase the operating tax levy ceiling by $0.40 to $3.6457 per one hundred dollars of assessed valuation in order to provide additional funds to retain qualified staff, maintain its facilities and meet the operating expenses of the District?
