Locating the Courthouse

The Scott County Courthouse is located on U.S. Highway 61 (Winchester Street) in Benton. If traveling from Interstate 55, take Exit #80 (MO-77 Exit), and turn west onto Highway 77 which will take you into Benton. At U.S. Highway 61, turn left (south) and the Courthouse will be on your right.
