Two industrial parks, located in northern Scott County, have prime locations near interstates, air and rail transportation. The Scott City Industrial Park at Interstate 55 and Nash Road in Scott City has prime property available. The Cohen Trust Industrial Park has acreage available located adjacent to the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport about 1.5 miles from I-55.
In southern Scott County, the Sikeston Industrial Park offers both buildings and acreage at prime locations in Sikeston and Miner. Additional sites are located throughout Scott County communities for manufacturing, distributing and warehouse. |
