You may use this form to submit a request for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you.  Most reasons for casting an absentee ballot by mail require your signature to be notarized on the envelope before returning your voted ballot.  You can cast an absentee ballot in-person at the Scott County Clerk's Office in the Scott County Courthouse at Benton and avoid the notary requirement.  You must present a valid photo ID.  Please call the County Clerk's Office if you have any questions (573)545-3549 option 4.
