The Scott County Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed 2026 Budget at 9:30 a.m. on January 15, 2026 in the County Commission Room located at the Scott County Courthouse, 131 S. Winchester St., Benton, MO. 

If satisfied with the proposed budget, the County Commission will adopt it as the 2026 fiscal year budget.

Anyone interested in examining said budget may do so in the Office of the County Clerk at the Scott County Courthouse.
